1.研究目的江戸時代の日蘭貿易は、17世紀初期より19世紀中葉の幕末に至る期間、オランダ側(オランダ東インド会社)が設置した平戸(1641年以降長崎)商館に来航するオランダ船によって実施された。オランダ船は、どの様な品物をわが国に舶載して来たのか、またその輸入品の品目は、如何なる時期的変遷をみるのか。本研究は、この近世日蘭貿易史研究の基本的課題に向けて、既発表の『近世オランダ船貿易の輸入品-分類別品目明細一覧((1)17世紀前期)-』に続けて、17世紀後期の実態を明らかにするものである。2.研究方法近世オランダ船貿易の取引実態を示す根本史料は、当時平戸・長崎オランダ商館で作成された会計帳簿である(主要簿は「仕訳帳」・「総勘定元帳」の2帳簿制)。同会計史料は、現在オランダ国立文書館に所蔵・伝存している。本研究では、この複式簿記法で記帳された会計史料の解読・分析を通して、輸入品の品目とその産地・仕入地を年別に集計した上で、「輸入品の分類別品目明細一覧((2)17世紀後期)」を作成する。3.研究成果(1)来航オランダ船の積荷品は、(1)販売向商品と(2)商館備蓄品(船舶用品・食料品・文具品等)に大別され、主体となる前者は、生糸・織物、香料・薬種、皮革、砂糖、金属、その他各種品、に分類される。(2)積荷品の産地・仕入地は、ペルシア・インド・東南アジア・中国など全アジア地域に、またオランダ本国仕入のヨーロッパ産品は、イギリス・フランス・デンマーク・スペイン・イタリアなど広域に渡る。(3)年々の積荷品の品目及び数量は、長崎での販売市況等によって選定されたもので、毎年長崎商館からバタヴィア商館(アジア現地におけるオランダ東インド会社の本拠地)に日本向商品「注文書」が送付されていたこと等、当時における「会社」側の日本貿易策を明らかにした。(4)本研究の成果は、本年(2008年)の『日蘭学会会誌』(第33巻第1号、10月発刊予定)で発表する。

1. The purpose of this study is to establish a commercial center in the Edo period, and to establish a commercial center in the early 17th century, and to establish a commercial center in the late 19th century. The quality of imported products is different from that of imported products. This study is aimed at the basic research topic of the trade history between Japan and Ireland in the modern times, and presents a detailed list of the imported goods of the ship trade in the modern times (1) in the early 17th century), and the situation in the late 17th century. 2. Methods: The basic historical data and the accounting books of Nagasaki Commercial Museum were compiled according to the introduction status of ship trade in modern times.(The main books are "official account" and "general account"). The same accounting historical materials are now stored in the National Archives. This study is based on the analysis and interpretation of the accounting history of the double-entry bookkeeping method, the collection of the origin and location of the imported products, and the compilation of the detailed list of the categories of imported products ((2) late 17th century). 3. Research results: (1) shipping goods,(1) marketable goods,(2) store goods (ship supplies, food, stationery, etc.),(3) raw materials, fabrics, spices, seeds, leather, sugar, metals, and other goods,(4) classification. (2)The origin and entry place of the products are located in the entire Asia region of Southeast Asia and China, and the products of the domestic market are located in the vast area of Asia. (3)The products and quantity of the goods stored in Nagasaki are selected according to the market conditions of Nagasaki, and the Japanese trade policy on the side of Nagasaki Commercial Office is clearly stated. (4)The results of this study were published in Journal of the Japanese Academy of Sciences (Vol. 33, No. 1, October 2008).
