项目摘要

1研究の目的既存の消費者教育の実践例やメディア・リテラシー教育の単元モデルを生かした「メディアが伝える情報の分析活動を取り入れた消費者教育の授業モデル」を開発する。これにより,授業の際に参照できるようにすると共に,汎用性のある教材開発に生かしたり,この教育内容の普及・啓発のために行うワークショップや教員研修に利用したりできるようにする。2研究方法(1)従来の実践研究で行われた授業の「学習活動の構成」を踏まえて,授業構成モデルを試作した。(2)授業構成モデルを生かした消費者教育の授業を2実践行った(テレビCMを持つ「キノコ」を題材にした授業<小学校第5学年,110名>,携帯電話を題材にした授業<小学校第5・6学年,13名>)。(3)授業構成モデルが,情報を分析的に読み取り,消費者教育のねらいに迫る授業を実施するために有効であるかを調べるために,「児童のワークシートへの記述内容の分析」「プレテスト・ポストテスト」「児童と授業者へ授業構成モデルの効果に関する意識調査」を行った。(4)インストラクショナルデザインの先行研究や授業の実践経験者へのアンケート調査から得られた配慮点をもとに,授業設計の手順をステップに分けて整理した授業設計の手順モデルを試作した。(5)7名の実践経験者に,試作した手順モデルに関して,自分自身の知見と整合性があるか,モデルとして活用しやすいものであるかをインタビュー調査し,試作したモデルの修正を行った。3研究成果 (1)～(3)により,3段階で授業展開を構成した「授業構成モデル」が開発できた。(3)の調査によって,授業構成モデルは情報を分析的に読み取り,消費者教育のねらいに追る授業を実施するために有効であることが示された。また(4)(5)により,授業設計の「手順モデル」も開発できた。(5)の調査によって,手順モデルは実践経験者の知見との整合性があること,活用しやすいものであることが示された。こうして開発した「授業構成モデル」「手順モデル」等を生かして,岡山県総合教育センターにおける所員研究で「児童生徒の消費者としての判断力育成のための授業実践パッケージ」を12題材開発し,県内学校や全国の教員研修機関等へ配付したりWebページで公開したりした。
