1.研究目的本研究は、被災高齢者が自主的な健康維持・回復の取組みができ、専門職にも明確な被災高齢者支援の指標として活用できる、被災高齢者の状況と支援を段階的に示した被災高齢者・専門職双方に有用なチャート作成を試み、介護予防・介護支援を提言することを目的とした。2.研究方法先行研究および、これまで参加してきた研究の成果を基に健康回復5段階チャートの試作を行った。また、被災高齢者に対する支援経験のある看護と福祉の専門職にインタビュー調査を行った。3.研究成果チャートは、災害過程を被災予防(災害への備え)、被災後の急性期、避難所生活から在宅・施設等への移行までの回復期、在宅・施設等で生活を送る維持期、最期まで人間らしさを保障する終末期までの5段階に区分し、各期における被災高齢者の状態像及び医療・保健、福祉、介護の支援を整理した。災害各期における専門職の支援内容は、それぞれの専門性に特化した支援だけではなく、重複する部分も多いことが改めて確認できた。他方、介護領域の災害時支援の実践報告が十分にあるとはいえず、職能団体での支援マニュアル等も検討されている段階であり、介護領域の支援内容について更なる検討が必要であると考える。また、過去の避難所支援で多職種が連携なく活動していたという研究報告もあるが、本研究の調査結果から、他職種との連携において、医療・保健領域の専門職が福祉に何を求めているか分からないといった意見が抽出されており、連携を阻害する一因が示されたと考える。効果的な介護予防支援には、専門性により単職種で当たる支援であっても、その視点には医療・保健、福祉、介護の一体的提供を前提とする必要がある。被災高齢者の抱える複合的ニーズへの対応には多職種協働による統合的・有機的支援が不可欠であるため、今後本研究で整理したチャートをさらに深化し、効果的な職種間連携への活用及び介護予防につながるよう研究を進め、学会等で報告していく。

1. Objective: This study aims to identify indicators of support for disaster victims and to indicate the level of support for disaster victims and to provide advice on how to make effective support for disaster victims and their families 2. The research results are divided into five stages: disaster prevention (disaster preparedness), acute period after disaster, recovery period of shelter life transition, maintenance period of shelter life transition, maintenance period of shelter life transition, human protection, and final stage, state image of disaster victims in each stage, and medical care, health care, welfare, and nursing support. The support content of each phase of the disaster is different from that of the other phases. The implementation report of disaster time support in other parties and intervention areas is very important, the support of functional groups is very important, and the support content of intervention areas is very important. Research report on the results of this study, the study on the impact of past shelter support on multi-occupational activities, the study on the impact of other occupational activities, the study on the impact of health care on occupational well-being, the study on the impact of past shelter support on occupational well-being, and the study on the impact of past shelter support on occupational well-being. The results of the intervention support are necessary for the integration of medical care, well-being and care.
