本研究では、(1)大学において授業を受講する学生に授業を実施する教員の言動が外発的な動機となって学びを起こす、そうした大学教員の授業実施における言動をリアリティのあるメディアによって大学教員にフィードバックすることで、大学教員が自らの授業実施を振り返り、授業科目のポートフォリオを作成して授業改善に有効となること、および(2)授業映像と音声の記録が授業のティーチングポートフォリオ作成において、教員の授業の振り返りと記録における負荷を低減し支援できることを明らかにすることを目的とした。上記の目的のために、(1)研究に協力を了承している教員の毎回の授業で、教室内に高精細カメラを設置する。授業の雰囲気を記録するのではなく、教員の表情、言動、板書やスライド資料を一括して高精細で記録する。音声は高音質なワイヤレスマイクによって、教員が普段どおりに授業を行うことに支障がないように配慮しつつ高音質で記録し、(2)記録した映像や音声より講義記録自動生成ソフトウェアを使用して講義記録を自動で生成し、映像情報と文字情報を含んだ講義記録を映像編集ソフトウェアで作成し、(3)学生が自らの学びを振り返り、授業の中で学生に学びを促した教員の発言、行動、資料、説明についての情報を収集し、(4)教員の何がどのように学生の学びを促したのか、具体的に分かるように(2)で作成した講義記録映像に(3)で得られた学生目線の学びの情報ごとに短い多数の映像を映像編集ソフトウェアで編集・作成した上で、(5)授業実施に対するポートフォリオの作成を試行し、検証を行った。上記の方法による研究によって、高精細の映像情報と高音質の音声情報からリアリティのある授業記録を作成することができ、学生から収集した外的動機付けの情報とリンクする大学教員の授業実施の言動をフィードバックすることができるようになった。作成した授業記録を基にポートフォリオの作成を試行し、作成における負荷の軽減を確認するとともに、授業実施のポートフォリオの作成を容易によって授業の改善点が明らかになることも併せて確認することができた。
