今回専門的知識の有無に関わらず早期に協調運動の困難さを発見できるよう、香南市に在籍する4～6歳児を対象にMovement Assessment Battery for children2 (M-ABC2)を実施し、評価項目を検討した。検査にはM-ABC2を用いた。検査項目は、コイン入れ・ビーズ通し・描画・捕球・的当て・片脚立ち・つま先歩き・ジャンプの8項目である。検査は、各項目の合計点から、Green zone(運動の困難さを示さない)/Amber zone(運動の困難さは示さないが経過観察に値する)/Red zone(運動の困難さを示す)に分けられる。今回は、Amber/Redに関係性の強い項目を見つけるため、Greenの得点群(A群)とAmber/Redの得点群(B群)に群分けして分析を行った。統計処理は、各検査項目をT-test/MannWhitney U testを用いて比較した。次に有意差を認めた項目を独立変数に、A群・B群を従属変数とした強制投入による二項ロジスティック回帰分析を行った。なお、有意差を認めた項目のReceiver Operating Characteristic (ROC曲線)を求め、感度、特異度を算出した。対象は、A群242名、B群58名であった。各測定項目に対する群間比の結果は、T-test/Mann-Whitney U testともに、コイン入れ以外の項目において有意差をみとめた(P<0.01)。次に、二項ロジスティック回帰分析を行った結果、ジャンプ(B値-0.871, odds比0.419,95%CI0.312～0.562), 描画(B値0.576, odds比1.779,95%CI1.515～2.092), 的当て(B値-0.485, odds比0.616,95%CI0.517～0.734), つま先歩き(B値-0.314, odds比0.731,95%CI0.647～0.7824), 片脚立ち(B値-0.120, odds比0.887,95%CI0.854～0.921), ビーズ(B値0.040, odds比1.041,95%CI1.022～1.060)が選択された。なお、B群を状態変数とし、有意差を認めた検査項目についてROC曲線では、描画(感度 : 0.804, 特異度 : 0.818)とジャンプ(感度 : 0.719, 特異度 : 0.776)のみ感度・特異度にて高い値を示した。今回の研究において、検査項目より、ジャンプ・描画・的当て・つま先歩き・片脚立ち・ビーズの順でAmber/Redに強い関係性があることが示された。また、その中でもジャンプ・描画は感度・特異度にて高い値を示したことから、これらを使えばより効果的にAmber/Redを評価出来る可能性が示唆された。
