项目摘要

7月21日実施「6月ウマチー」を調査、記録(ビデオ撮影)した。また、平成27年2月26日から3月2日に沖縄、久米島を訪れて関係者から君南風あむしられに関わる行事、組織、現状について取材した。1 「6月ウマチー」当日の行事内容 : 9時、君南風殿内に全員集合、君南風は黄色が基調の紅型神衣装、勾玉、ミチャブイ着用。神棚に祈願→玉那覇蔵下のローカーヤ(6月ウマチー用に設置された拝所)→仲地蔵下のローカーヤで儀礼実施。午後、宇江城城跡に車で移動。城跡に設置したローカーヤで儀礼実施。男神の担当者が行事進行を主導した。オモロは歌われずウムイ等がカセットテープで流された。2 君南風6月ウマチー行事の特長(君南風あむしられ、男神担当者に直接取材をして判ったこと)① 衣装が紅型であり、勾玉着用。通常の祭祀ではノロは白の神衣装を着用。特異であり華やかである。② 3カ所のローカーヤでは、君南風は神拝みはせず、下級の神女が行っていた。君南風はローカーヤの奥に民衆の側に向かって着席したまま。君南風は神で、拝まれる対象のため一切行為は行わなかった。③ 付近には村落の拝所(神あしゃげ)があったが、そこは使わずローカーヤを設置し、拝所とした。④ かつての君南風は10名のノロを従え、君南風殿内の管理から行事一切を下級神女に行わせていたというが、現在はその作業は君南風あむしられとそのご主人が行っているということで、隔世の感がある。3 まとめ : 沖縄の他の祭祀とは、明らかに異なる特長がある。その本質は、琉球王朝時代、聞得大君が現人神として祭場に登場し、オモロに歌われたということを物語る。これまで聞得大君は、オモロを歌う主体と考えられていたが、訂正が必要になった。『おもろさうし』解明の一助となると判断される。
