1 研究目的と研究方法学校現場では、団塊世代の大量退職と経験年数の浅い教員の増加により、これまでのような自然な学校文化の継承が望めなくなっており、若手・中堅教員への有効な教員研修の在り方が喫緊の課題である。学校教育相談においても、ベテラン教員の経験知の中に蓄積された、チーム援助体制構築のノウハウを次世代へ継承する手立てが必要である。そこで、ベテラン教員へのインタビューを「修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチ」により質的に分析し仮説モデルを構築する。また分析結果を基に教員研修パッケージを開発する。2 研究成果(1)チーム援助体制構築に関する仮説モデル小中高のベテラン教諭、養護教諭ら13名に対してインタビューを実施し質的に分析した。36の「概念」(「報告」「成功体験」など)が抽出され、三つの「カテゴリー」(「組織づくり」「問題解決」「アイテム」)が生成された。これらをもとにチーム援助体制構築過程の仮説モデルを構築した。(2)教員研修パッケージ若手・中堅・教育相談担当者向けの三つのワークショップ型研修プログラムからなる教員研修パッケージを開発した。3 研究成果の発表と利用日本学校教育相談学会や愛知県総合教育センター研究発表会などで研究成果を発表する。研修パッケージは、同センターにおける教員研修や学校における現職研修などで活用する。
