近年,乳幼児の齲蝕罹患者率は年々減少する傾向にあるが,我が国においては依然として高い齲蝕罹患状態を示しているのが現状である。特に,1歳から3歳にかけての時期に齲蝕が急増しており,この時期の適切な歯科的アプローチが希求される。そのためには,乳歯齲蝕の発生に関与している様々な因子の早期発見が必要であり,効果的なスクリーニング方法が望まれる。今回,母親の口腔内状態(齲蝕罹患状態や齲蝕活動性)および生活習慣(間食習慣,歯磨き習慣,衛生習慣等)と乳幼児の口腔内状態との関係を調べることを目的として研究を行った。対象は,月齢18〜24ヶ月の患児71人とその母親で,口腔内検診,齲蝕活動性試験および母親の生活習慣に関するアンケートを実施した。結果,対象児の齲蝕罹患者率は9.9%,一人平均deftは0.28本であり,平均カリオスタット値は1.34であった。母親の齲蝕罹患者率は100%で,一人平均DMFTは13.6本であった。齲蝕活動性試験より,唾液中のS.mutans数が10^5/ml以上検出された母親は全体の68%で,対象児では44%であった。lactobacillus数に関しては,10^5/ml以上検出されたのは母親で32%,子供では5%であった。また,子供のカリオスタット値はその齲蝕罹患状態および母親のS.mutans数とlactobacillus数と有意な正の相関を示した。また,母親の口腔衛生感と子供のS.mutans数とに正の相関を認めた。すなわち,母親の口腔内状態や生活習慣が,子供の口腔内に反映されていることが示され,低年齢児に対してでも,母親の検査,問診により,齲蝕発生に対するハイリスク者をスクリーニングできる可能性が示唆された。

In recent years, the incidence rate of infant caries has been decreasing year by year, but the prevalence rate of caries in China is still high. In particular, 1 year old to 3 years old to 3 years old Therefore, it is necessary to detect early factors related to dental caries development, and effective methods are desired. This paper aims to study the relationship between mother's oral cavity status (caries prevalence status and caries activity) and lifestyle (dietary habits, dental habits, hygiene habits, etc.) and infant's oral cavity status. For example, 71 children with caries were examined in the oral cavity from 18 to 24 months, and the mother's living habits were tested. The results showed that the incidence of caries was 9.9%, the average deft was 0.28%, and the average caries incidence was 1.34%. The incidence of caries in mothers was 100%, and the average DMFT per person was 13.6%. The number of S.mutans in saliva was more than 10^5/ml, and 68% of mothers and 44% of children were detected. Lactobacillus counts were above 10^5/ml and 32% for mother and 5% for daughter. The number of maternal S.mutans and Lactobacillus is positively correlated with the number of maternal S.mutans. The mother's oral hygiene sense and the number of S.mutans provided by the child are positive. The mother's oral status and living habits are reflected in the oral cavity of the child, and the child's oral cavity is reflected in the child's oral cavity. The mother's examination and consultation are related to the possibility of caries development.
