鶏血藤のメタノール画分について酢酸エチル、水飽和ブタノールにて順次分配し、TBA法による抗酸化活性を測定したところ、酢酸エチル画分に最も強い活性が認められた。よってこの画分について、Silica gel,Sephadex LH-20によるカラムクロマトグラフィー、Rober RP-8カラムによるHPLCにて分離精製し、NMR測定によってhomopterocarpin,formonetin,genistein,isoliquiritigenin,(-)-epicatechinの5種のフラボノイド類およびβ-sitosterol,daucosterolという2種のsterol化合物を同定した。またこれらの成分のうち(-)-epicatechinに顕著な抗酸化活性が認められた。Rumex acetosaの地上部については、メタノール抽出画分をさらに酢酸エチルで抽出した。この酢酸エチル抽出画分について、シリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィーを行い、physcion,chrysophanol,emodinの3種のアントラギノン類および脂肪酸であるlauric acidを得た。さらに酢酸エチル抽出の残渣については、メタノールに溶解させエーテル沈殿法を行い、沈殿物を得た。この沈殿物について、シリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィーをくりかえし行い、β-sitosterolおよびその配糖体(D-グルコシド)とstigmast-5-ene-3β,7α-diolのsterol類を同定した。Calocarpum sapotaの種子を順次ヘキサン脱脂後、クロロホルム、アセトン、メタノール抽出を行い、メタノール抽出物について更に水飽和ブタノールで分配した。水画分について更にクロロホルム-メタノール-水(4:4:3)で上層と下層に分けた。この上層についてDIAION HP-20,Asahipak ODP-50を用いたクロマトグラフィーにて単離精製を行い、3種の青酸配糖体(lucumin,lucuminic acid,lucuminamide)を得た。

The sorrel extract is divided into three categories, namely, the trainee, the physcion,chrysophanol,emodin, the fatty acid, the fatty acid and the lauric acid. The sorrel acid is used to extract the residue, the residue is dissolved, the Shen Dian method is used, and the Shen Dian object is removed. The sterol type of stigmast-5-ene-3 β, 7 α-diol, and so on is the same as that of the same type of sterol. After the Calocarpum sapota oil has been skimmed, it is necessary to make sure that the oil is extracted, the water is changed, and the water is distributed. The water painting is divided into two parts: the upper part and the lower part of the water (4:4:3). The DIAION HP-20,Asahipak ODP-50 was used to isolate the essence of the product, and three kinds of cyanoic acid (lucumin,lucuminic acid,lucuminamide) were obtained.
