昨年度に引き続き、架蔵実録写本のデータベース化のための基礎データの作成を行った。具体的には、約200点の実録写本について、【外題・読み・序(人名)(年代)・跋(人名)(年代)・目録題・内題・尾題・巻冊・寸法・奥書(筆者)(年代)(地名)・内容(人名)(地名)(年代)・keyword・備考】という項目(内容の年代・人名・地名、キーワードなどは複数設定)をたててデータを取った。このデータの、従来の書誌データと比較した場合の特長は、内容に関する項目を設けていることである。このことによって、江戸時代のある人物について知りたい、或いは歌舞伎小説の題材になった事件の原話について知りたい、というような、従来では調べにくかった情報を検索することが可能になる。実録研究に関しても、書名だけでは判らない、内容についての情報を得ることが出来るので、新出資料の同定などに貢献できると考えられる。現在、架蔵資料の整理はほぼ終了し、年度末にかけて、大量の良質の資料(年代の確定が可能な物が多いため他の資料の判定に有効)を所蔵する高崎市の矢口丹波記念文庫の蔵書のデータ化に取りかかる予定である。尚、成果の公表については、計画書にある通り、印刷物とはせず、データベースを作成して公表・継続的に更新することにする。方法としては、インターネットを考えており、そのためのホームページは、既に人文学部のサーバー上に立ち上げてある。現在は、Lotusによって作成しているが、今後、Web上で公開できるように形式を整えて、発表する予定である。また、Web上でファイルを配布することも検討している。
