1998年9月12日午前,日本経営学会第72回大会 統一論題サブテーマ「アジアと日本」において,これまでの研究成果をまとめて,「中国における私営企業の行動様式」をタイトルとする報告を行いました。報告要旨は,大会報告要旨集の34〜43ページに掲載しております。それを書き直したものは,経営学会の経営学論集に掲載することになっています。千倉書房が現在,編集作業をしているところですが,1999年8月に出版される予定です。その論文において,まず,中国における私営経済の発展概況が紹介され,新中国になってから約半世紀にわたる私営経済の歴史を絶滅・回復・発展・調整・再発展の5段階に分けて考察した。つぎに,私営企業の定義を明確にした上で,統計データをもって私営企業の全体像を描きました。国民経済に占める比重,登録資本額,創業時と開業後の資金源泉,資本の組織形態,資金の効率性などの特面から考察を加えた。続いて,私営企業主階層の特徴を明らかにした。彼らの年齢,教育水準,元の職業,父親の職業,企業内部の管理,国有企業との関係,地域との関係などの面から考察した。さらに,私営経済が果たしてきた役割を,制度改革促進効果,資源有効利用促進効果,雇用機会創出効果の視点から検討した。その上,一層の発展を遂げるに存在している制約要因をみた。社会意識と與論の環境,銀行融資面でのハンディ,政策上の差別,不合理な負担,私有財産を保護する法律の不備,経営者の素質問題などを考察した。最後に,中国における私営企業の経営環境を展望した。98年3月に開催された第9回全人大前後の動向を踏まえて,国有企業改革と行政機構改革の進展は,私営企業に新しい発展の空間を提供すると同時に,厳しい挑戦をもたらすと結論した。そのほかに,3つの代表私営企業,すなわち希望集団・東方集団・南徳集団のケーススターデイの資料を,大会会場で配りましたが,それを整理した上で,学術雑誌に投稿することを考えています。
