今回われわれは、皮膚科領域の好酸球浸潤性疾患にはたす好酸球の役割を検討する目的で実験を行った。好酸球は細胞内に組織障害性の強い顆粒を有しており、この顆粒の放出反応が疾患の病態に影響を与える可能性が示唆される。この顆粒放出反応は、アトピー性皮膚炎では、IgE-抗原による高親和性IgE受容体の凝集により引き起こされる可能性が示されている。そこで我々は、皮膚科領域に見られる各種好酸球浸潤性疾患における、浸潤好酸球上での高親和性IgE受容体の発現を免疫組織染色にて検討した。対象疾患は、アトピー性皮膚炎、木村氏病、eosinophilic pustular folliculitis,Wells'syndrome,Hyper eosinophilic syndrome。これら疾患の典型的皮疹より、生検を行い、パラフィン固定組織、凍結組織を作成した。これらの組織を連続切片とし、それぞれ、高親和性IgE受容体抗体、および、好酸球顆粒抗体にて免疫組織を行った。高親和性IgE受容体染色では、陽性所見を示す分葉した核を有する細胞を認め、また、連続切片の好酸球染色との比較において、高親和性IgE受容体染色陽性細胞のうち一部の細胞が同時に好酸球染色も陽性であることを確認した。今回検討を行ったすべての疾患で、程度の差はあるが、浸潤好酸球上に高親和性IgE受容体の発現を認めた。高親和性IgE受容体を発現する好酸球の比率は、アトピー性皮膚炎、木村氏病の2疾患で60%以上であった。その他の疾患でも陽性率は低いが、好酸球上に高親和性IgE受容体の発現が認められており、この発現は好酸球の活性化により生じるもので、顆粒放出による組織障害には抗原特異的IgE存在が重要であると考えられる。

The aim of this study is to investigate the invasive diseases of the dermatology field. The presence and possibility of toxic granules in cells and the release of these granules may indicate the pathological effects of the disease. The possibility of aggregation of high affinity IgE receptors due to the release of anti-IgE and anti-IgE antibodies is also discussed. The development of high affinity IgE receptors in various kinds of eosinophil infiltrative diseases in dermatology and dermatology was studied by immunohistochemical staining. Disease: Eosinophilic pustular folliculitis,Wells'syndrome,Hyper eosinophilic syndrome The typical rash of this disease is caused by skin, hair, fixed tissue and frozen tissue. The tissue sections were prepared with high affinity IgE receptor antibodies, anti-IgE antibodies and anti-IgE antibodies. High affinity IgE receptor staining, positive staining, cell identification, comparison of cytosol staining, and high affinity IgE receptor staining positive cells. This paper discusses the development of high-affinity IgE receptors in the presence of different degrees of disease and infiltration of acid spheres. High affinity IgE receptors were found in more than 60% of patients with dermatitis and Kimura disease. The positive rate of other diseases is low, the development of high affinity IgE receptors on allospheres is recognized, the activation of allospheres is recognized, the release of particles is recognized, the presence of antigen-specific IgE is important.
