血管柄付同種骨移植において,確実な骨癒合が得られた後にシクロスポリンによる免疫抑制を中止することにより骨格の支持性を獲得した後に同種移植骨の拒絶が起こった場合の移植骨の動態を検討する目的で,inbred ratを用いて実験を行った。術後8週にて移植骨と宿主骨の骨癒合が良好であることを確認した後シクロスポリンの投与を中止し,麻酔下に無菌的に大腿骨大転子部から髄内釘を抜釘した。以後移植後32週目まで骨癒合状態と移植骨の形態変化につき観察したところ、移植骨のうち脛骨は一部骨硬化・吸収像を呈する部も認めるものの骨癒合は保たれ移植側下肢の骨格の支持性は保たれた。ただし腓骨は徐々に吸収され消失した。この移植腓骨の変化は力学的要請に基ずくものと考えられた。力学的強度の評価としての破断強度は現在検討中である。

The aim of this study is to investigate the dynamics of allografts after vascular stem allografts are harvested and to ensure that bone healing is achieved. 8 weeks after operation, the graft bone and host bone healed well. 32 weeks after transplantation, the bone healing state of the transplanted bone was observed, and the bone sclerosis and absorption image of the transplanted bone were observed. The bone healing state of the transplanted lower limb was preserved. It's not like you're going to be able to get away with it. This is the first time I've ever seen a woman. Evaluation of mechanical strength and fracture strength are discussed in this paper.
