筋症状を主とする顎関節症において血小板内神経伝達物質(SP・5-HT)の変動を測定し、健常者および一般顎関節症患者と比較することにより、顎関節症の発症における中枢神経系の関与について検討すると共に、治療法の検討として各種薬物のSP・5-HTへの影響を検討した。筋性顎関節症患者と健常者および一般顎関節症患者におけるSP、5-HTの比較SP値は、健常者に比較し筋性顎関節症患者・一般顎関節症患者共に有意に高値を示した。5-HT値は、筋性顎関節症患者において有意に低値を示し、健常者および一般顎関節症患者で有意差は認めなかった。中枢作動性薬によるSP、5-HTの変化の検討1. 研究対象 未治療筋性顎関節症患者を対象とした。2. 5-HTおよびSPの測定時期と治療: 顎関節症の治療前に第一回目の測定を行う。a)中枢性筋弛緩剤群、b)ペンゾジアゼピン系抗不安薬群、c)三環系抗うつ剤群、d)非ステロイド性鎮痛消炎剤群および対照としてe)無投与群の5群に分けて4週間治療を行い、終了後に症状診査と同時に2回目の測定を行った。3. 以上の5群について評価:各薬物投与群ごとにSP、5-HTの平均値を求め、対照群との比較検討を行った。治療前に比べ治療後はa)中枢性筋弛緩剤群ではSP値が有意に減少し、5-HTは増加する傾向が認められたが有意差は認めなかった。b)ベシゾジアゼピン系抗不安薬群では、SP・5-HT値共に有意な変化は認めなかった。c)三環系抗うつ剤群では、SP値は減少する傾向があったが有意差は認められなかった。また5-HT値は有意に減少した。d)非ステロイド性鎮痛消炎剤群では、SP値は減少傾向を認めたが有意差はなく、5-HT値は明らかな変化を認めなかった。e)無投与群では、SP値、5-HT値共に有意な変化を認めなかった。

To investigate the relationship between the central nervous system and the development of jaw arthrosis, to investigate the effects of SP·5-HT on the development of jaw arthrosis, to determine the changes of SP·5-HT in platelets in patients with jaw arthrosis, to compare normal and general jaw arthrosis. The SP and 5-HT values for patients with mandibular arthrosis and normal jaw arthrosis were significantly higher than those for patients with mandibular arthrosis and normal jaw arthrosis. 5-HT values are intentionally low for patients with mandibular arthrosis, normal for patients with mandibular arthrosis, and intentionally low for patients with mandibular arthrosis. A Study on the Transformation of SP and 5-HT in Central Active Agents 1. The study looked at untreated patients with ankylosis. 2. 5-HT and SP determination period and treatment: jaw joint disease before treatment, the first round of determination period. a) Central muscle relaxant group, b) selective anti-anxiety agent group, c) tricyclic anti-inflammatory agent group, d) non-selective anti-inflammatory agent group, and e) no-treatment group. 3. The above five groups are evaluated: the average value of SP and 5-HT for each compound is calculated, and the comparison of groups is discussed. Before treatment compared with after treatment a) central muscle relaxation group has a tendency to intentionally decrease SP values and increase 5-HT values b) The SP·5-HT value of the anti-disturbance agent group is intentionally changed. c) The tricyclic system has a tendency to reduce SP values and P values. 5-HT is intentionally reduced. d) Non-analgesic anti-inflammatory agent group, SP value, decrease tendency, intentional difference, 5-HT value, change tendency, etc. e) No vote and group, SP, 5-HT
