项目摘要

体温調節反応には深部体温や皮膚温などの温熱性要因の入力が大きく影響しているが,運動開始時や運動強度が急変するよう状況ではこれらの要因の変化が遅れ,この場合にはそれ以外の要因(非温熱性要因:central commands,筋からの求心性入力等)が重要となる可能性が考えられる.非温熱性要因としてのcentral commandsが運動時の体温調節反応にどのような影響を及ぼしているのかを検討した.平成9年度の結果から,発汗反応に及ぼす影響はcentral commandsが約65%,それ以外の要因(筋の機械的受容器など)が約35%であることが明らかとなった.本年度はcentral commandsなどの非温熱性要因による熱放散反応が深部体温などの温熱性要因のレベルの違いによってどのように影響されるのかを検討した.健康な男子学生に対して,water-perfused suit(皮膚温38℃以上)あるいは下肢温浴を用いて,体温調節パラメータ(発汗量や皮膚血流量)が変化し始めた時とそれらが一定になった時に,受動的自転車運動と無負荷の能動的自転車運動をそれぞれ2分間実施した(回転数60rpm).また,同様に最大随意的筋収縮の45-50%でアイソメトリックハンドグリップ運動を1分間実施した.いずれの条件の運動においても非温熱性要因による発汗と皮膚血流反応は温熱性要因のレベルが低い状況では大きくなった.このことからcentral commandsなどの非温熱性要因が熱放散反応に及ぼす影響は体温調節系が駆動し始めた時に大きくなることが推察された.平成9年度と10年度の研究より,運動時における人の熱放散反応は非温熱性要因としてのcentral commandsに影響され,非温熱性要因の影響は熱放散反応が駆動し始めた時に大きくなることが明らかとなった.このことから,非温熱性要因の役割として,深部体温などが変化する前に熱放散反応を引き起こす補助的な働きを有していることが考えられた.

In the research of Heisei 9 and 10 years, the heat dissipation reaction of human beings during exercise is influenced by non-thermal main causes, and the influence of non-thermal main causes is influenced by heat dissipation reaction. This is the first time that the temperature of the body has changed, and the temperature of the body has changed.
