本年度は主に、以下の2点に関して研究を行った。1.XMLによる異種文書・文書群管理方式の開発とその実装DTPの過程ではさまざまなフォーマットの電子文書が生成され、これらは内容的に互いに関連している。昨年度まで、我々は、構造化電子文書の標準になりつつあるXML(eXtensible Markup Language)を用いて、電子文書群とその関連を統一的に管理する枠組を提案し、研究を進めてきた。本年度は、(1)LATEX文書とXML文書との情報無損失相互変換手法の検討とその一部の実装、(2)データベース中に格納されたXML文書に対するSQLライクな検索言語の提案とその実装、(3)意味的に関連づけられた複数の文書(文書群)を対象とする検索手法の提案とその一部の実装、を行った。本研究の成果は2000年5月に情報処理学会研究会において口頭発表を予定している。また、本年度以降は、DTP工程をXMLで記述し、この文書管理の枠組の下で管理する手法についても研究を行っていく予定である。2.分散エージェントによるマルチメディア時間情報の処理手法DTPの工程間には同期・並列・直列など、様々な時間的関連が存在し、エージェントによってDTPを支援する場合、これらの時間的関連の扱いが問題となる。研究代表者の関わる別の研究プロジェクトにおいて、本年度、エージェントによってマルチメディア情報を再生したり、対話的にシナリオを構成する手法について研究を行い、実装を行った。ここではマルチメディア情報の同期・並列・直列をエージェントによって処理する記述言語とその処理系の実装を行っており、この成果はDTP工程支援にも用いることができると考えられる。この成果も2000年5月に情報処理学会研究会において口頭発表を予定している。

This year's main theme, the following two points of research 1. The development and implementation of DTP in XML document management mode are related to the generation and content of electronic documents. In the past year, we have made proposals and made progress in constructing standards for electronic documents, including XML(eXtensible Markup Language), and unified management of electronic document groups. This year,(1) a part of the implementation of the LATEX document and XML document loss-free exchange method discussion,(2) a part of the implementation of the XML document in the SQL search language proposal,(3) a part of the implementation of the meaning of the correlation between the multiple documents (document group) and the search method proposal. The results of this study were presented at the Information Processing Society Research Conference in May 2000. This year, the DTP project is described in XML, and the management methods under the document management group are studied and determined. 2. Processing method of distributed time information DTP engineering inter-temporal, parallel, serial, time correlation exists, DTP engineering support, time correlation exists, time correlation exists, time correlation exists. Research representatives are interested in the development and implementation of research projects in the current year. The results of the DTP project support are described in the following paragraphs: The results of this study were announced at the Information Processing Society Research Conference in May 2000.
