本研究の目的は,高校生とその父親の性に関する会話の実態を知ることと,性に関する会話と父子関係や家族システムとの関連,性に対する態度との関連を検討することである。公立高校2校の1,2年生とその父親を対象に,無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した。調査に同意が得られたのは生徒136名(回収率35.1%),父親96名(同24.7%)であった。(文献検討により,性に関する会話と性に対する態度との関連を検討した研究がないことがわかった。そこで,性に対する態度が形成されていると考えられる高校生を対象とした。)質問紙の内容は,性に関する会話(20項目),父子の接触頻度(7項目),父親による子どもの生活の把握(8項目),性に対する態度(4項目),家族システム評価尺度(FACESKG-IV)である。有意差検定にはχ^2検定,t検定を用いた。父子間で性に関する話をしたことのある生徒の割合は38.2%,父親は63.5%だった。先行研究よりも高い割合を示した。性に関する会話項目に,性に関する社会問題などを含めたため,父親の性教育関与がより明らかとなった。しかし,父子88組のデータを分析したところ,性に関する会話をしたと回答した父親の割合は63.6%だったのに対して,生徒の割合は44.3%であり,有意差が認められた。性に関する会話経験のある生徒は,父親との接触および父親が把握していると思う自分の生活の項目数が多く,家族の連帯性が高く,婚前性交に対して寛容ではなかった。会話経験のある父親は,子どもとの接触と把握している子どもの生活の項目数が多かった。以上より,父子間の性に関する会話に対する認知の差,および,特に子どもの認知による性に関する会話と,父子関係・家族システム・性に対する態度との関連が明らかになった。子どもの性的健康を促進する一要因として,家族関係の重要性が示唆された。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the relationship between father and son, family relationship, gender relationship, attitude and behavior of college students. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the parents of 1st and 2nd year students in public colleges and universities. 136 children (35.1%) and 96 fathers (24.7%) agreed with the survey. The content of the questionnaire included sex-related conversations (20 items), father-child contact frequency (7 items), father-child control of life (8 items), sex-related attitudes (4 items), and family status evaluation scale (FACESKG-IV). When it comes to conversations about sex, there are many things about father's contact and father's control. There are many items in life, family connectivity is high, and there is no tolerance for premarital sex. The number of items in the life of the child is more than that of the father. The relationship between father and son is related to the cognitive differences between the conversation, especially the relationship between father and son, the relationship between father and son, the family, the relationship between sex and attitude. The importance of family relationships is demonstrated by the importance of promoting the health of children.
