1)近交系ラットを用いて同種及び同系膵移植を施行した。いずれのモデルにおいてもレシピエントラットはストレプトゾトシンにより糖尿病とした。全膵・十二指腸グラフトを大動脈、門脈を付けて摘出した。グラフトの大動脈をレシピエントの大動脈に、門脈はレシピエントの下大静脈または門脈に側々吻合した。90%以上の成功率でレシピエントラットの血糖は移植翌日には正常値に帰した。2)同種移植においては、ドナー・レシピエントのストレインの組み合わせにより、膵十二指腸グラフトの生着期間を検討している。これまでに、F344FischerからLewisのコンビネーションを試したが、生着期間に有意差は認めていない。これから、LewisからBuffalo等、他のコンビネーションによる生着期間について検討する。3)同種移植において生着期間に差を認めた系では、脾臓の同時移植の有無・術前門脈内または静脈内ドナー抗原投与の有無・膵十二指腸及び脾臓グラフトへの放射線照射の有無等による生着期間への影響を検討する。4)同系移植においては、糖尿病ラットに移植した膵臓グラフトの長期モデルを作成した。下大静脈または門脈ドレナージのグループを作成し、脂質代謝および動脈硬化性変化等について評価・検討する予定である。5)以上の実験結果の一部は本年の外科学会で発表予定である。

The inferior vena cava is a portal vein, and the formation of lipid metabolism and atherosclerosis are discussed in detail. 5)Some of the results of the study are expected to be published this year by the Society of Surgeons.
