平成16年度研究経過:平成16年度までに収集した資料を整理、研究考察を深めることができ、下記学会等において研究成果の一部を発表した。平成16年5月11日〜16日にかけて、米国イリノイ州デュページ州立大学を調査研究のため訪問し、多様性マネジメント研究者と研究考察に関する意見交換を行うとともに、研究資料についての情報提供などを受け取ることができた。滞在中に、イリノイ州シカゴ市近郊に立地する日系自動車部品販売会社(Lyndex Nikken)を訪問し、担当役員に対するヒアリング調査を実施した。また、東京の日産自動車本社に対するヒアリング調査も二度にわたって実施することができた。平成16年度研究成果(学会等発表):"What the equal opportunity means to the Japanese Society"College of DuPage Annual Japan Symposium, Ohio, USA; May 13 2004「ポジティブ・アクションの現状と課題」日本ビジネス実務学会 第中国・四国ブロック研究会(四国大学) 2005年9月11日
