项目摘要

昨年度開発した技術伝承支援システムを用いて、ナレッジマネージメントを行う方法を提案した。基本手順は、知識の共同化、表出化、連結化、内面化から構成されている。この4ステップを繰り返すことによってナレッジマネージメントにおける知識スパイラルが実現されることを示した。実際に、ケーススタディを行うことによって、熟練オペレータの持つ暗黙知や技能を取り出し、知識を系統的に整理するのに,本システムが役立つことを実証した。また、本システムを「石油プラント保守・点検作業支援システム」の中で利用するための方策について検討する中で、プラントの現場作業者の教育に利用するための方策についても検討した。このため、企業におけるスキル教育の現状についても調査を行い、既存のスキル教育システムの中で本システムを有効に利用するための検討を行った。本システムが、プラント運転の現場操作におけるノウハウ、ノウホワイの取り出し、作業手順の見直しや改善、作業の診断・評価、トレーニングシミュレータを用いた技術研修でのトレイニーの評価、不定期にしかもまれにしか行われないメンテナンス作業の電子マニュアルとして役立ったことなどをまとめて学術雑誌に発表した。ナレッジマネージメントへの応用については国際会議で発表した。また、プラント運転に限らず、人間の行動を分析する必要のあるいろいろな場面で、本システムが有効に利用できることについても発表を行った。
