项目摘要

音声による脳機能を解析するソフトウエアの改良によって解析に要する時間も短縮化され、1秒ごとに脳機能指数が得られるようになった。今年度は、昨年度に引き続き、音声をこのソフトウエアでカオス解析して得られる脳機能指数が、脳疲労の定量的指標となるかについて、以下の検討を行った。1)医師の診察前後での変動医師1名を対象に、診察の前後での脳機能指数の変動を1ヶ月間にわたり検討した。診察前後では一定の傾向がみられなかったが、診察前が高い場合には低下し、診察前が低い場合には上昇する傾向が見られた。2)車の運転での変動健康成人2名を対象に、長距離ドライブ中の脳機能指数の変動を検討した。1名では、ドライブ開始とともに上昇し、渋滞や休憩とともに低下がみられた。3)夜間電話対応勤務者での変動職業的に一晩中電話を待機している健康成人2名を対象に、脳機能指数の変動を検討した。1名では、対応直後に上昇し、会話中に低下してくる傾向がみられた。4)入浴による変動健康成人1名と子供2名を対象に、食事と入浴前後での脳機能指数の変動を検討した。子供2名において、入浴後には入浴前に比べて低下する傾向がみられた。5)読書などによる変動健康成人6名を対象に、同じプログラムで読書、想起、記名力、計算、運動をしてもらい、その前後での脳機能指数の変動を検討した。唯一、難解な文章の読み上げ時に、その上昇がみられた。
