平成17年度の取り組みは、平成16年度までに収集した心理的項目と身体的項目と術後精神症状の関係を詳細に分析した。全体の結果である不安尺度の結果、不安レベルの高い者やコーピングテストとLocus Of Control尺度の結果、積極的に問題を解決使用とする者ほど術後精神症状が発症しやすい傾向にあった。家族機能役割ではバランス型の家族は術後精神症状が発症しにくい結果であった。身体的要因では血小板、出血時間の値が悪い場合は術後精神症状を発症しやすい結果であった。今回は、個々の質問紙の項目を分析した結果、不安尺度では「泣き出したい」「ピリピリしている」など感情面で高いほど術後精神症状が発症した。また、コーピングの質問項目では「情報を集める」が高いと術後精神症状を発症した。Locus Of Controlでは、出来事は自分後からではどうすることもできないと考えているものほど術後精神症状を発症した。さらに全質問項目と身体的項目をステップワイズ法により判別分析した。その結果、「ピリピリしている」「実際にたいしたこともないことが気になって仕方ない」「自分の身に起こることは、自分の置かれている環境によって決定されていると思う」という項目で判別率90.0%であった。心理的項目として不安レベルの高い者、積極的コーピングをとる傾向にある者、家族関係のバランスの悪い者、そして、身体的項目として出血傾向にある者が術後精神症状を起こしやすいという結果と先の3項目を入院時から患者の必要情報項目として取り扱う初診用紙を病棟看護師と作成した。今後その用紙の活用をすすめていき、さらに良いものにして行く必要があると考える。
