昨年度、21世紀における企業情報システムの企業間連携の題材として、ソフトウェアの海外開発委託(オフショア開発)のリスク分析が大きな課題となることを抽出し、オフショア開発のシステム・イメージを策定し、リスク分析の枠組みを構築した。(1)昨年度のメンバに加え、中国研究者、ベトナム研究者のプロジェクトの参加を求め、国内4名、海外4名のチームを構成し技術調査を行った。(2)(財)国際情報科学財団めSSRというフォーラムを介して産学連携のプロジェクトとし、産業界の要求分析を行った。(3)要求分析のために行った企業の集中訪問の知見を論文にまとめ、CACM誌に採択となった。構築したリスク分析の枠組みをもとにオフショアソフトウェア開発の発注側に対してアンケート調査を行い、約180件の回答を回収し分析調査を行った。(1)コンジョイント分析の直行計画法に基づくリスクとして、(1)ソフトウェア特性について要求定義の変更の有無を重視している,(2)委託先特性についてコミュニケーション能力を重視している,(3)プロジェクト特性としてコスト削減効果を最も求めている、という知見を抽出した。この成果は情報処理学会論文誌に掲載された。(2)ソフトウェア特性、ベンダ特性、プロジェクト特性の相互関係を構造方程式モデリングで分析し、ベンダ特性がもっともリスクに影響を与えていること、ソフトウェア特性はベンダ特性を介して、リスクに影響を与えることと明らかにした。この成果はSEAFOODという国際会議で発表を行った。(3)以上の分析に基づくリスク事前評価ツールをWebべ一スで構築しその特性を明らかにした。本件については論文投稿を準備中である。さらにオフショアソフトウェア開発の受注側のリスクを分析するための項目設計を完了し、現在データ収集を進めておりさらなる研究成果が期待される。
