In this research,the constitutive model of fresh concrete,the evaluation method of rheological properties and the analytical methods for fluidity of fresh concrete were proposed in order to establish the technology of computer simulation for workability of fresh concrete. The most important result is the proposal of general methods for fluidity analysis which will become the core of the workability design. A viscoplastic divided space element method was developed as a new analytical method which can be applied to the simulation of practical concreting works,and some analytical studies concerning to the casting and pumping of various concretes were carried. These results will contribute to the development of the rational concreting works in future.The main results obtained by this research can be summarized as follows:1)The evaluation method of rheological properties of fresh concrete was developed.2)The constitutive models of fresh concrete were proposed.3)The simulation method of concreting works was proposed.
本研究提出了新拌混凝土的本构模型、流变性能评价方法和流动性分析方法,旨在建立新拌混凝土工作性的计算机模拟技术。最重要的成果是提出了流动性分析的一般方法,这将成为工作性设计的核心。本文发展了一种新的粘塑性空间单元法,并将其应用于实际混凝土浇筑过程的数值模拟,对各种混凝土的浇筑和泵送过程进行了分析研究。本文的主要研究成果包括:1)建立了新拌混凝土流变性能的评价方法; 2)建立了新拌混凝土的本构模型; 3)提出了混凝土浇筑过程的模拟方法。
