Inspection Method of Cracks in Concrete by Using Infrared Camera

建立混凝土结构裂缝的检测方法是十分重要的。为了探索遥控检测方法，本文进行了以下研究。(1)用改进的钎焊铜对一小部分混凝土试件进行加热，并用红外摄像机记录其导热行为。通过检查热分布的扰动，可以找到裂纹的位置。(2)用红外加热器对试件施加红外线，用红外照相机测量裂纹表面的反射光。在热分布照片中可以看到裂纹，因为红外线在裂纹处不反射。试验结果表明，在红外摄像机距试件6.0 ~ 10 m的条件下，可以记录到0.2mm宽的小裂纹

It is very immportant to establish the inspection method of cracks in concrete structure. In order to investigate the inspection method by remote control, the following study was carried out in this paper.(1) A small part of the concrete specimen was heated with an improved soldering copper and by using the infrared camera the heat conduction behavior was recorded. the position of cracks could be found by checking up the disturbance of heat distribution.(2) Infrared rays were applied to the specimen with the infrared heater and the reflected rays from the crack sueface were measured by the infrared cameta. The cracks can be seen in the heat distribution photograph, since the infrared rays do not reflect at the cracks. As the result of the tests, the small cracks 0.2mm in width could be recorded, under the condition when the distance from the infrared camera to the specimen was 6.0-10m
