The Quality of the governanry Rule in the northern boundary districts of Ancient Japan

(]SY.encircled1.[) According to set up the system of infrared camera in my study room, It has been possble for me to research written records (Wooden Tablet, Lacquer Paper, Earthenware with Chineseink) found from archological site at ancient Japan.(]SY.encircled2.[) As the written records of concerned with a citadel, "IWAYANOKI=****)" , "KINOOSAI=**" and Wooden Tablet, "********" , "*****" are discovered recently, It has been possible to know for us the existance of "KOSHINOHUKAE NO KUNINOMIYAKKO" and so on.(]SY.encircled3.[) The real condition of the governanry Rule in the northen boundary districts of Rituryo State at Ancient Japan is appeared in front of us.(]SY.encircled4.[) I have been able to collect the written records of Earthenware with Chineseink in Niigata prefecture. And my report can be shown a part of its result.
