In this three years have we researched under the title of our project. We have now many results, for ex.Germany and Japan Problem Studies (the German and Japan Problem Study Group of the Institute of Economic and Political Studies, Kansai University), Vol.1 (1993), Vol.2 (1994), Vol.3 (1995), Vol.4 (1996).Especially, Germany and Japan Problem Studies Vol.3 is a special number, and the contents are :(1) War-Responsibility and the Compensation after World War II (MANABE,SHUNJI)(2) A Comparative Study of Compensation in Japan and Germany -From the standpoint of Legal History- (TAKESHITA,KEN)(3) On the Statutes for the Postwar-Compensation in the Federal Republic of Germany (YAMANAKA,KEIICHI)(4) The Compensation and Procedural Problems (UENO,YASUO)(5) War-responsibility and the Compensation in Japan and Germany -A Cultural Comparison -(HAMAMOTO,TAKASHI)(6) Changes in the Presentation of Nazi-era in the Textbooks of German as a Foreign Language -Reflecting the Question of War Guilt- (SUGITANI,MASAKO)(7) Materials (OHTSUKA,TADASHI)

在这三年里，我们以我们的项目为标题进行了研究。《德国与日本问题研究》(关西大学经济政治研究所德日问题课题组)，第一卷(1993)，第二卷(1994)，第三卷(1995)，第四卷(1996)，特别是《德国与日本问题研究》第3卷是一个特殊的编号，其内容有：(1)战争责任与二战后的赔偿(真部顺治)(2)日本与德国的赔偿比较--从法律史的角度--(竹下，(3)德意志联邦共和国战后赔偿法规(山中庆一)(4)赔偿和程序问题(上野，安夫)(5)日本和德国的战争责任和赔偿--文化比较-(滨本，高志)(6)德语教科书中纳粹时代的变化--反映战争罪责的问题-(Sugitani，Masako)(7)材料(Ohtsuka，Tadashi)
