项目摘要

1) ApparatusA coutinuous flow tubular reaction system was modified into a single column PSA (presure swing adosorption) type reactor. Cyclohexane, n-hexane and propane were selected as starting materials. Ananlysis of products were carried out with two sets of capillary G.C.Quick analysis of both aromatic and paraffinic products and precise analysis of each components enabled both the quick determination of activity under unsteady state reaction conditions and the precise quantitative analysis of all products at the same time.2) Model reactionAs a model reaction of typical dehydrogenation, dehydrogenation of cyclohexane was carried out. Under the presence of both Pt/Al203 and nickel containing hydrogen storage alloys, almost 100% conversion was obtained wich is far exceeded the equilibrium limitation. It is pointed out that the PSA operation is applicable to enhance the dehydrogenation. The catalyst was regenerated by reducing periodically the pressure of the reaction system.3) Dehydroaromatization of paraffinsAmong paraffinic compounds, n-hexane and propane were selected as a starting materials for the application to PSA reaction system with Zn-ZSM5 catalyst. Magnesium containing hydrogen storage alloys were effective for the reaction of n-hexane by removing hydrogen under reaction conditions Titanium and tantalum were also effective in the reaction of propane. In both cases, the reaction proceeded beyond the apparent equilibrium. PSA operation which regenerated hydrogen storage alloy periodically with purging gas was applicable for this reactor. The results of the reaction of n-hexane was published on the Sekiyu Gakkaishi.
