项目摘要

本研究の目的は明・清代の中国西南諸省における少数民族と漢族の関係を明らかにしていくことにあった。この度の研究では清代雍正朝期の少数民族政策、すなわち「改土帰流」政策の展開を中心にとりあげた。対象とした少数民族は〓族であり、地域的には金沙江を挾んで西に位置する四川省涼山一帯から東に位置する雲南・貴州省の烏蒙山一帯である。この地域の地方志から関係史料を収集し分類するとともに、購入した資料『雍正朝漢文批奏摺彙編』に収録されている当該地方の〓族に対する改土帰流政策文件を分析した。その成果は二つの論文「清代雍正朝期の改土帰流政策〜烏蒙・鎮雄両土府の場合〜」「清代雍正朝期の少数民族統治について〜改土帰流後の烏蒙府を中心に〜」にまとめている。これらの論文で次の事を明らかにした。1.西南諸省の少数民族に対する中央王朝の直接統治は雍正朝期に大規模に実行され、その政策は改土帰流と言われた。烏蒙地方の改土帰流実行の立役者は雍正帝の信任厚い雲貴総督爾奏であり、彼は四川総督岳鐘と対抗しながらこの政策を進めた。2.烏蒙地方は明代以来〓族の拠点であり、〓族の支配層は改土帰流に激しい抵抗を示したが、鄂爾奏は「以夷征夷」政策により、この地方の直轄を完成した。3.改土帰流後の烏蒙地方では急激な支配体制の変化に対して〓族旧支配層は抵抗を試みた。その反乱はいずれも厳しく鎮圧され、結果として清朝の少数民族地域への直接支配が進展する。4.清朝において盛んに実施された改土帰流方式による少数民族の直接支配は、伝統的な政策として現代の民族政策にまで継承されているものである。

The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between ethnic minorities and Han nationality in the southwest provinces of China in the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty.
