かんばん方式は、ジャストインタイム生産を実現するための物流管理方式で、わが国で独自に開発された方式である。かんばん方式の有効性は各種の企業で実証され、近年では諸外国においても取り入れられており、広く産業界に定着してきている。しかしながら、かんばん方式の実施に際しては、資材の多頻度(多回)輸送が行われることが多く、交通渋滞の原因であるなどの、批判がなされている。そこで本研究では、多回輸送において輸送手段の総使用量が増加しない方法が可能であるかどうかを検証し、道路負荷を抑制したかんばん方式の確立を目的としている。本年度は、わが国の場合を対象に、親企業と納入企業との位置関係を調査し距離データなどを収集した。収集したデータを反映させて、かんばん方式におけるデポ方式と巡回混載方式の数理モデルの構築および、かんばん方式を採用していない従来の輸送方式における数理モデルを構築した。今後、構築したモデルをコード化し、かんばん方式・従来方式の両方式について、引き取り方式等によって異なる道路負荷をシミュレーションにより導く。シミュレーションにより得られたデータを分析整理し、道路負荷を抑制したかんばん方式における輸送法を確立する。
