项目摘要

この研究の目的はコレラやデング熱など,熱帯地方の伝染性疾患の発生と,気象学的,気候学的条件の関係を調べることである.熱帯性伝染性疾患の発生に周期性があることは,これまでにも定性的には報告されてきた.1950年以降,50年以上について,バングラデシュ気象局のデータベース化した気象資料,とくに,地上気象資料の風向風速,気温,湿度,雨量と,国際下痢疾患研究センターでデータベース化されている,数十年にわたる伝染性疾患の患者数に関する統計の両者を統計処理し比較することにより,伝染性疾患がどのような気象要素と関係しているのかを定量的に明らかにした。また,昨年度,ダッカの国際下痢疾患研究センターに導入した自動気象観測装置によって,局所的な気象現象と伝染性疾患との間の関係についての定量的な調査に着手した。この自動気象観測装置は1分ごとに風,気温,湿度,雨量,日射の6項目を自動的に観測して,パソコンに記録し,WEB経由で日本でデータが入手できる.これらの気象資料は,気象局の気象資料の時間間隔の3時間に比べると,遙かに時間分解能がいい.ここで収集される気象資料を基にして,より細かい降水量や日射との下痢疾患の発生や流行との関係を明らかにした。研究を推進していく上で,現地での気象・気候資料の収集と解析には林,寺尾が,医学資料の収集解析には我妻,S.Islamが担当する.医学資料と気象資料との詳細な統計解析は山田,西渕が担当した。ダッカの自動気象観測装置の通常の保守管理はバングラデシュ在住の我妻が行うが,定期的な保守は林,寺尾,現地調査の際に行った。

The purpose of this study is to adjust the relationship between the development, meteorological and climatic conditions of endemic infectious diseases. The occurrence of thermal infectious diseases is periodic, and qualitative reports have been made since 1950 and more than 50 years ago. Meteorological data, weather, wind speed, temperature, humidity, rainfall, and international research on thermal infectious diseases have been reported since 1950. The number of patients with infectious diseases over the past few decades has been statistically analyzed and compared, and the number of infectious diseases has been quantitatively analyzed. Last year, the International Study of Respiratory Diseases (IDD) conducted a quantitative investigation into the relationship between respiratory phenomena and infectious diseases by introducing automatic imaging devices. This automatic weather measuring device is divided into six items: wind, temperature, humidity, rainfall and solar radiation. The time interval of the weather data is 3 times longer than the time interval of the weather data. This collection of weather data is based on detailed information on precipitation, solar radiation and the development of diseases.
