There are several important factors to be considered in order to reconstruct and develop the agriculture in Kyushu area, and bring up the status of viable farms. Followings are those factors found in a survey construct in many viable farms using the mailling and interview methods.1) Promotion of infrastructural facilities2) Stimulation of the enlargement of farm size by borrowing farm land3) Efficient use of large machineries4) Obtain the maximum benefit by reducing the cost of production of milk and beef by increasing the numbers by dairy and beef cattles5) Expand the market through the adaptation of new information system6) Efficient use of fixed capital and enlargement of loan system7) Development of the managenial skill of farming
