A STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND ORGANIZATION OF RURAL INDUSTRY.

本研究的目的是分析农村工业的发展与组织。区域研究结果如下：(1)北海道农业启动农村工业的区域条件因区域群而异。(2)地方自治团体的组织和办法以第三部门为主。(3)竞争激烈，市场培育和销售困难。(4)农村产业的发展和组织致力于生产区域内消费的特色产品。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Development and Organization of Rural Industry. The result of Regional Research were as follows.(1) Regional conditions in Hokkaido Agriculture for a start of Rural Industry was different by respective regional groups.(2) For the Organization and Measures of a Local self-governing body, Third Sector wear mainstream.(3) Cultivate the market and Sale have difficulty for fierce compction.(4) The Development and Organization of Rural lndustry devote oncself to produce regional specialty goods for intra-consumption.
