RESEARCH ON THE RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION - ON THE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE DENOMINATION AND THE RELIGIOUS CORPORATION -

琉球大学宗教团体研究组在去年（1989年）进行了广泛的研究，今年将继续进行基础研究。研究组决定发表以下研究报告：(1)平野武教授研究组将发表有关明治维新至昭和初宗教团体法律制度的研究资料。该小组还帮助整理了从琉球大学福草校园图书馆收集的宗教研究资料。在研究报告中介绍了作者和编辑的姓名，在分离的报告中包含了290本书的目录和摘要。该小组将继续进行研究，并希望将1990年及以后从琉球大学大宫校园图书馆收集的有关宗教团体法律制度的研究资料进行整合。(2)安武敏夫教授研究组于1989年对CIE（GHQ）的微观文件进行了调查，整理了以下结果：(a)通过修改《宗教法人条例》，对《宗教法人法》的各种法案进行修改的过程(b)各相关团体和日本政府、CIE对各法案的意见，作为今年的开端。研究组在整理了《宗教法人法》的各种法案后，将发表研究结果。

This Religious Organization Research Group of Ryukoku University conducted an extensive research last year(1989) and will again carry out its basic research program this year.The research group has decided to publish the following research reports:(1) Professor Takeshi Hirano's research group will publish its research materials, which concern the legal system of the religious organization from the Meiji Restoration to the beginning of the Showa Era. The group was also instrumental in arranging the collected religious research materials from the Fukakusa campus library of Ryukoku University. The names of the authors and the editors are introduced in the research reports, while the table of contents and the summaries of 290 books are included in the detached reports.This group will continue its research and expects to consolidate the research material regarding the legal system of the religious organization collected from the Ohmiya campus library of Ryukoku University in 1990 and hereafter.(2) Professor Toshio Yasutake's research group investigated the micro fiches of CIE(GHQ) in 1989 and organized the results as follows:(a) The modification process of the various bills of Religious Corporation Law through amendments specified by the Religious Corporation Ordinance(b) The opinions of the various related organizations, the Japanese government and CIE in regards to each billAs a beginning step for this year, the research group will publish its research results having organized the various bills of the Religious Corporation Law.
