平成2年度の計画では妊娠ヤギ(妊娠128〜140日)を用いて胎仔のoxygen consumption量を測定し,胎盤血流量を電磁血流計により測定し,妊娠経過にともなう変動を検討すると同時に胎仔,羊水中のアミノ酸組成を検討することであった。まず妊娠ヤギ3頭について胎仔腹部大動脈に電磁血流プロ-ブを装置し,上腕動・静脈に留置カテ-テルを挿入してさらに下腿動・静脈にも留置カテ-テルを挿入した後,米国AーUOX社製AーV酸素アナライザ-を装置した。術後,電磁血流計による胎仔大動脈血流量と下腿動・静脈のOxygen differenceを連続的に測定した後、Fickの原理から胎仔のOxygen Consumptionは6.2±1.3ml O_2/minであった。しかし、胎仔動脈血pH7.10前後のsererーacidosisが持続し,術後2日目に全仔死亡してしまった。問題点として胎仔腹部大動脈への電磁血流プロ-ブ装置後、プロ-ブによる大動脈血流障害が何らかの原因により生じsever acidosisが改善されなかった点である。そのため,妊娠ヤギ4頭については胎仔Oxygen Consumption測定の代わりに,より手術侵襲を軽減させるために胎仔脳組織のOxygen consumptionに関する妊娠に伴う変動を検討することにした。その結果、胎仔脳組織のOxygen Consumptionは5.6±0.7ml O_2/minであり,妊娠128〜140日の期間では有意な変動は認められなかった。一方、アミノ酸組成に関しては前年度の成績同様,Asparic acid,Serine,GLycine,Methionin,Tyrosineは胎仔の方が母獣より有意と多く含有していたが,妊娠経過や胎仔発育の影響は認められなかった。しかし、Threonine,Glutamin,Valine,Leucine,Histiaine,Ornthine,Lysineの含有量は低く,胎仔発育の変化が影響する傾向が認められた。

During the fourth trimester of pregnancy, the Oxygen Consumption test of the fetus was performed, and the manual invasion was performed. The Oxygen consumption pregnancy was organized and the pregnancy was carried out. The results showed that the Oxygen Consumption of fetal tissue was 5.6 ±0.7ml O_2/min. During the period of 128 ~ 140 days of pregnancy, the pregnant women intended to undergo pregnancy. In the previous year, the pregnant women in the same group were born the same as in the previous year, while the mother in the Asparic acid,Serine,GLycine,Methionin,Tyrosine baby group intended to have a lot of pregnancy, and the pregnancy had a negative effect on pregnancy.
