项目摘要

1.「労働力の女性化」にかかわる文献の蒐集については、イギリス、アメリカを中心に蒐集し、あわせてスウェーデンにおける女性労働の問題も、視野にいれた文献蒐集をおこなった。発展した資本主義国における女性労働の有り様を検討するにあたって、スウェーデンが一つのモデルになりうるということは、研究をはじめる当初から予想していたのだが、「労働力の女性化」のもっとも進んだ国スウェーデンでも、本質的に同じ問題が見られることがわかったからである。「労働力の女性化」が性別職務分離を強める傾向にあると同時に、それを解体していく力ともなるということが、この比較をとおして明らかになった。2.「家事」「家事労働」「労働市場」「労働過程」「労働運動」などのキーワードのなかで、本年は、「労働過程」「労働市場」におけるフェミニズムからの再検討に力を入れた。「労働過程」におけるジェンダー別編成の問題を科学技術の発展との関係で問題になる。そうした中で、科学技術の開発それ自体のジェンダー性が、「労働力の女性化」の中で性別職務分離の傾向を一層強化する傾向にあることが明らかになった。3.「労働力の女性化」問題は、「労働市場」の問題と深くかかわり、企業経営の問題と深くかかわることは明らかである。この問題を日本型企業経営の特徴、「労働市場」の特徴と結びつけて問題にし、「労働市場」における性別分離の構造を、日本における企業システムの特徴(日本型経営システム、年功序列賃金、終身雇用制、企業内労働組合)と結びつけてとらえた。こうした企業における「家父長制」が、「労働力の女性化」傾向をどのように押し進め、同時に、この「家父長制」をどのように解体しつつあるのかを問題にした。(社会政策学会「日本型企業社会と家族問題」として報告)。4.こうした研究の広がりのなかで、これら成果をまとめて、「労働力の女性化」にかんする文献解題目録とともに、経済理論のパラダイムにどのような新たな地平を切り開くかについてのまとめの研究が当面の課題である。
