交附された補助金によって研究代表者は、教養部内の研究協力者と共に小グループによる研究会出席・研究計画、研究打合せのための出張を行い、研究成果をあげることが出来た。以下にその概要を示す。非線形楕円形偏微分方程式の境界値問題において、方程式の楕円性が解の値(例えば0)によって退化する場合、ヘルダー連続な弱解を作ることは相当に難かしい問題である。研究代表者は先にウラルチェバの方法を改良し相当一般的な方程式についてデイリクレ問題を考え非負でヘルダー連続な弱解の存在を示した。この方法は更に荒木眞によって連立な方程式系に拡張され、水谷裕は非負でない解の場合に単独な方程式に拡張した。研究代表者は荒木、水谷と共に今回上の結果を連立方程式系に拡張しそのことを1993年1月京都大学数理解析研究所における「変分問題非線型楕円型方程式の諸問題」研究集会において講演を行った。この結果は1993年数理解析研究所講究録に掲載される予定、また1994年Advances in Mathematical Sciences and Applications vol.1に掲載が決定している。一方横井嘉孝はホワイトノイズの正値超汎関数とそれに対応する測度の特徴付けをなした。この結果は然るべき学会誌に投稿すべく、唯今準備中である。

The boundary value problem of a non-linear circular partial differential equation, the boundary value of the solution of the equation (e.g., 0), the degenerate case, the weak solution of the equation, and the relatively difficult problem. The research representatives are trying to improve the method of solving the problem by examining the existence of a non-negative weak solution to a fairly general equation. This method is based on the expansion of the equations in the case of non-negative solutions. The representative of the research team was Araki and Mizutani. The results of this paper were presented at the Research Conference on "Problems of Non-linear Equations" held by the Institute of Mathematical Analysis, Kyoto University in January 1993. These results were published in 1993 by the Institute of Mathematical Analysis and in 1994 by Advances in Mathematical Sciences and Applications vol. 1.
