The present conditions and a proceeds-sharing problem of Yield-sharing forest for production of pulp wood to came of cutting period

(1)目前生产纸浆木材的产量分成林的条件不具有平均的可受虫害的蓄积量。日本红松木材的市场价格持续徘徊，不可能上涨。因此，我怀疑是否有可能分享。即使在当时情况良好的情况下，也有人认为纸浆公司是无利可图的。在近期红松木材市场价格下跌的前提下，纸浆公司很难收回投资。(3)以岛根县产分成林生产纸浆木材为例，纸浆公司和岛根县各占50% ~ 50%的份额。这笔收入不可能弥补重新造林的费用。因此，选择产出量分成林制年龄。(4)毕竟在经济基础的前提下，分产权林是不可能进行的。分产林的目的是创造工作机会，成为区域经济的活动。当前，森林劳动者老龄化严重，已陆续退出积极生活。不考虑更新采伐后林地的利用。这是一个大问题。

The market price of Japanese red pine timber continue to hover around and it is impossible to rise. Therefore, I am doubtful whether it is possible to share.(2) Even then under good conditions it was suggested that the pulp company is unprofitable. On the premise that the recent market price of red pine timber, the pulp company is difficult to collect the investment.(3) In a case of Shimane Prefecture Yield-sharing forest for production of pulp wood, pulp company and Shimane Prefecture have a share of 50% to 50%. It is impossible to cover the reforestation cost by this proceeds. THerefore, it is selected the Yield-sharing forest system agein.(4) After all so far as on the premise the economic base, it is impossible to proceed with Yield-sharing forest. Purposes of Yield-sharing forest were to made the work chance and become activity of regional economy. In the present time, forest laborer is aging and already being retire from active life one after another. Utilization of the forestland after regeneration cutting was let alone. This is the big problem.
