The purpose of this study is the numerical analysis on the convection heat transfer at an animal body surface. The procedure is (1) the numerical-value expression of an animal body shape, (2) the numerical computation on the air and heat flows on an animal body surface and (39 the estimation of the convection heat-transfer coefficient at an animal body surface.the three-dimensional shape measurement of a pig was conducted by using the light-sectioning method. The three-dimensional coordinate values of a pig body shape were calculated from the shape measurement, and the polyhedric surface-model of a pig was constructed. The surface-model was used in this study.The air and heat flows on a pig body surface are calculated from the continuity, motion and energy equations. The two-dimensional simulation was investigated before the three-dimensional analysis. The equations were transformed by the stream function and vorticity, and by the dimensionless variables. And then these equations were changed to the dicrete forms by using the finite element method (FEM).The two-dimensional distributions of the dimensionaless air-velocity and air-temperature on the pig body surface are continued to simulate under different Reynolds and Grashof numbers.
本研究的目的是对动物体表对流换热进行数值分析。其步骤是:(1)动物体形的数值表示;(2)动物体表空气和热流的数值计算;(39)动物体表对流换热系数的估算。通过形状测量计算出猪体形状的三维坐标值,构建了猪的多面体曲面模型。本文采用表面模型,从连续性方程、运动方程和能量方程出发,计算了猪体表面的空气和热流。在进行三维分析之前,先进行了二维模拟。利用流函数和涡量以及无量纲变量对方程进行了变换。然后用有限元方法将这些方程化为直接形式,继续模拟了不同雷诺数和格拉索夫数下猪体表面的无因次风速和温度的二维分布。
