Bleaching of discolored teeth with high frequwmy current

从颜色分析仪测试的结果可以看出，漂白后的表面颜色明显变亮，淡黄色略有消失。腐蚀使L* 和B* 减小，漂白使L* 逐渐增大，B* 逐渐减小。蚀刻工序提高了漂白的效果。比较四种漂白剂的dE值，无酸蚀组中只有H_2O_2和Hi-Lite有显著性差异。本文报道了高频电流作用下釉质表面的形态变化，并对高频电流作用下釉质表面的形态变化进行了观察。高频电流漂白变色牙是一种有效的、安全的方法。

From the results of the colre analyqer test, it was obvious that color of the surfoce brightened and the yellowish color was slightly gone after bleaching. The etching procedure decreased L* and b*.However, the bleaching theatment resulted in a gradual incrase of L* and decrease of b*. The etching procedure rainforced the efficaay of bleaching. To compaire the four bleaching agents in dE, there was a signigificant difference only vetween H_2O_2 and Hi-Lite in the no-etching group.From the SEM observation, the micro struct* of the enamel prisms were destroyed by the bkeaching procedune.The morphalogical chage of the enamel aurface by high frequwncy current was obserued.This new etching-bleaching method for discolored teeth using high frequency current was found to be effectiue and clinically safe.
