The purpose of this reserch is analyze the labor relations in Japan during the wartime and under the occupation. It is characterized by the state of tradeunions.In the early stage of the occupation, Japanese unions were organized by both blue collars and white collars. They were colled Jughoin-kumiai (Employee Union). Their antecedent was the Sangho-Hokokukai (Industrial Patriotic Association) during the wartime. The organization of Jughoin-Kumiai was established through the struggle for production control.The characteristics of Jughoin-Kumiai are as follows. 1) The members of this organizations were those who belonged to the same company. 2) They regarded themselves as producers. 3) They understood themselves as the central power of postwar reconstruction.These characteristics were to be embedded in the Japanese labor relations after the end of the occupation.

本研究的目的是分析日本战时和沦陷时期的劳动关系。它的特点是工会的状态。在占领的早期，日本的工会是由蓝领和白领组成的。他们被称为Jughoin-Kumiai(雇员工会)。他们的前身是战时的工业爱国会(Sangho-Hokokukai)。Jughoin-Kumiai的组织是通过争夺生产控制权而建立的。Jughoin-Kumiai的特点如下。1)这个组织的成员是同属一家公司的人。2)他们认为自己是生产者。3)他们认为自己是战后重建的核心力量。这些特点将在占领结束后嵌入日本的劳动关系。
