The Change of the Software Industries and the Impacts on the local labor Market

20世纪80年代末，人们普遍认为，随着大规模程序需求的上升，日本软件行业迅速发展起来，遇到了经验丰富的系统分析师和程序员的短缺。1992年后，随着经济衰退的加剧和信息技术的快速变化，几乎所有的软件公司都减少了收入，一些小公司倒闭了。我认为这些外部经济和技术变化的影响在多大程度上导致了组织和管理的变革。本文根据我们在1991年和1996年进行的小组调查的结果，对小规模公司进行了分析，特别是在员工构成方面，这两年的对比特别明显。受雇的程序员数量明显下降，而男性大学导师的数量却在增加。

In the late-1980s, it's generally agreed, the Japanese software industries grew up quickly with rising demand for large-scale programs, and encountered the shortage of experienced system analysts and programrs. Allmost all software firms reduced the incomes, some of small-scale firms went under with the growing recession and the rapid change of the information technology after 1992.I argue how far the impact of these external economic and technological change results the transformation of organization and management. This paper represents my analysis of the small-scale firms on the basis of the results of our panel survey conducted in the 1991 and the 1996.The contrast between the two year is especially marked so far as their employees' composition is concerned. There are a marked fall in the number of programrs employed, and an increase in the number of male college guraduates.
