STUDY ON WOMEN'S CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND EMPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT

本研究的目的是从男女平等就业的角度阐明妇女职业发展和就业管理的过程。对女工和企业的访谈结果显示了在职业发展方面帮助和阻碍妇女的因素，虽然平等就业在总体上尚未实现，但在就业、工作分配、教育和培训、人事管理和支助系统等领域采取各种措施的企业不在少数。然而，即使在这些公司中，传统的人事管理也证明是妇女面临的最大问题。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the process of women's career development and employment management from the view point of equal employment between men and women. The results of interviews with both female workers and firms showwhat helps and hinders women in developing their careers.Although equal employment is yet to achieve in general, those firms which take various measures in the fields like emplyment, job assignment, education and training, personnel management and support system are not a few. Even in those firms, however, the traditional personnel management proves to be the biggest problem for women.
