In this study, I investigated the real conditions on the injury occured in the school building and the aged building, and measured on room environment (temperature distribution in room, dust quantity, illumination, constitution materials into room, etc.) into the school building and the aged building. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; (1) In this study, a large number of the examples of the injury occured in a school were collected. (2) In this study, it became clear that the injury in the school building and the aged building related on the kind of building materials. (3) it became clear that the health of the resident peoples related on room environment (temperature distribution in room, dust quantity, illumination condition, constitution materials into room, etc.). (4) It became clear that mental process of the resident peoples in the school building and the aged building related on the room environment
