Development to the Dental Treatment based on the Clinical Achievement Survey in Remobable Partical Dentrue

本研究的目的是建立口腔医学的循证医学，主要进行了以下研究：1）建立可摘局部义齿的数据库系统，收集日本7所大学附属医院的可摘局部义齿数据。2)对临床病例难易程度指标进行详细检查，共收集病例3 872例。然后，我们尝试计算客观反映临床病例难易程度的参数，结果选择以下项目作为影响临床病例难易程度的因素：1）增加戴义齿的时间，2）增加偏位牙的数量，3）减少支持咬合的牙数，同时，结果表明，Miyachi提出的咬合三角理论可有效地评价可摘局部义齿修复的难度。

The purpose of this study was to establish the EBM in dental treatment, following studies were performed; 1) Developing the database system regarding removable partial denture, and collect the data of partical denture in 7 university hospital in Japan. 2) Detailed examination, about the parameter for ditecting the degree of difficulty of clinical case.A total of 3,872 cases were collected in the database system. Then we tried to calculate the parameter that shows the degree of difficulty of clinical case objectively.As a result, following items were selected as the factors that influence in the degree of difficulty of clinical case; 1) Increase in the period that wearing the partial denture, 2) Increase the number of deflect tooth, 3) Decrease the number of tooth that support the occlusion.Furthermore, it was shown that the theory of the Occlusal Triangle advocatied by Miyachi is effective to evaluate the degree of difficulty of clinical case for removable partial denture.
