英文摘要
On pyrolyzates by thermochemolysis, the followings were examined. (1) Comparison in calorie of pyrolyzates by conventional pyrolysis to by thermochemolysis. (2) Polymer was prepared by pyrolyzates with enzymes. In (1), the pyrolyzates by conventional pyrolysis or thermochemolysis were analyzed by GC/MS to determine their structures. Furthermore, each pyrolyzate content was quantified by GC-FID. Moreover, estimated combustion energy was calculated for each pyrolyzates. As a result, combustion energy was increased in 90-120 J/g by thermochemolysis with tetrabutylammoniumhydroxide compared to conventional pyrolysis at 400, 500 and 600℃ for acacia bark sample. Considered by each pyrolyzates, for example, 3,4,5-tributoxy benzoic acid butyl ester obtained by thermochemolysis with tetrabutylammoniumhydroxide for eucalypt bark sample showed about 16 kJ/g increase in combustion energy compared to the corresponding 3,4,5-trihydroxy benzoic acid obtained by conventional pyrolysis. In (2), part of pyrolyzates were polymerized in organic solvent/buffer solution mixture of methanol and phosphoric acid buffer solution with horse radish peroxidase. As a result, the average molecular weight was measured as 2,000-3,000 and part of polymer was about 18,000 by SEC. In the development of thermochemolysis instrument, the system was almost confirmed. The advantages of new instrument were as follows. (1)Reduction of memory effect which will give higher reproducibility by the reduction of remaining pyrolyzates in pyrolysis tube causing contamination in the following sample, and (2)automation.
