We had seven projects on experimental archaeology.1. Butchering experimentation of a Japanese Sika Cervus nippon in Kamogawa and Chikura, Chiba Prefecture, Japan2. The experimentation of wood-burning earthenware cooking and temperature control.Next, we studied about a history of conveyance tools during modern time by ethnoarchaeological research in the Hida gorge. The study of conveyance tools has been strangely neglected by archaeologists. this study attempt to trace a history of conveyance tools during moderntimes by ethnoarchaeological research. Imconclusion, we have reconstructed a brief history of conveyance tools in Japan.These trial research methods will make a new horaizon and change configuration of studies prehistoric economy.
