本年度は、研究開始に伴う手続き（被験者への説明文書、同意書、必要書類の準備、作成など）を行い、自閉スペクトラム症（ASD）群および健常対照群のリクルート体制を構築した。ASD群に関しては、昭和大学発達障害専門外来を受診された方に、研究の概要を説明し、参加募集を開始した。また、ASDの意思決定に関する先行研究をまとめること、関連学会に参加することで、他の精神疾患（統合失調症、強迫性障害、うつ病など）の意思決定パターンと比較し、ASDの病態理解に重要な意思決定課題、結果に応じた効果的介入方法について考察した。その上で、多様な葛藤場面での意思決定に関するパソコン課題、質問紙などを作成、準備した。さらに、予備実験を行うことで、ASD被験者の課題理解を高める方策についても検討し、課題内容を洗練した。加えて、予備実験を繰り返し、本研究課題における至適なMRI撮像パラメータを選定した。これまでの研究で、ASDにおいて、不確実な状況下での意思決定の特徴と社会技能との間に関連性を示唆する結果があり、同疾患の社会技能を向上する上で手掛かりとなる可能性がある。行動経済学的な観点から、不確実な状況を、確率がわかっている状況とわかっていない状況に区別すること、多様な文脈から評価することが、ASDの意思決定の特徴を客観的に評価する際に重要であることもわかってきた。また、意思決定パターンから、ASDのsubtypeについて検討することも、有効な個別化治療の確立のために重要であることも示唆される。今後、このような視点から、多角的検討を行っていく予定である。
