本年度は実験の基盤として、実験対象となる診療録の抽出を行い、医師が実験的な診療録の記載を行うための環境作成を行った。まず診療録の抽出方法について、当初想定していた類型化について論文発表を行った。さらに、申請時に想定していなかった定量的な手法を用いて、実験対象の抽出と選別を行うことができた。その手法自体に新規性があるため、近日中に成果を論文にし対外的に発表予定である。また申請時に想定していなかったDPC病名の質の評価方法を開発し、論文発表を行なった。

This year, we have been working on the basic plan, the extraction of medical records, and the preparation of medical records.
