Integrated Understanding of Marine Organic Matter - Dynamics of organic reservoir and its impact on global carbon cycle -

旨在全面了解海洋溶解有机质和颗粒态有机质，阐明海洋有机质库的起伏对地球表层碳循环的影响。利用LC-MS/MS高通量分析技术，无需任何衍生化过程，对海洋溶解有机物和颗粒有机质中化学可识别物质的分布进行了评价。利用二维核磁共振法和Face方法构建了海洋溶解有机物和颗粒有机物的聚合物水平分析知识库。

We aimed at the comprehensive understanding of oceanic dissolved and particulate　organic matter to clarify an impact to the earth surface carbon cycle which the pool of marine organic matter ups and downs brought. We evaluated the distributions of the chemically-identifiable materials in dissolved and particulate organic matter using a high-throughput analyses using LC-MS/MS without any derivatization processes.We constructed the knowledge-base of oceanic dissolved and particulate organic matter with polymer level analysis using the two dimensional NMR method and the FACE method.
